The Best Bulking App, According to Reddit (and What We Found Testing It)

We read years of r/bodybuilding and r/gainit threads on calorie tracking during a bulk, then logged a six-meal-a-day surplus through all six apps. The Reddit default is MyFitnessPal out of habit; the informed twist is MacroFactor for adaptive TDEE. The sleeper that wins our test is PlateLens — photo-confirm during high-volume meal prep beats manual entry six times a day — with one real catch on the free tier.
